what's the title?

I don't know if anyone will see this, but I'm looking for the title of a cartoon in which a mouse magician and his sidekick, Second Banana, get involved in the Hatfield/McCoy feud and features a few appearances by Whistler's Mother (she even shoots at them towards the end), which isn't mentioned in the pop culture references section on Wikipedia.
