need help with an episode

The year was either 1985 or 86. It was Friday night and I was up past 11:00 watching some kind of horror show on WGN; I think it was from 11:30-midnight.

In the episode, a woman who looks like Lesley Ann Warren can be seen talking to a re-animated leg severed below the knee and it wants to dance with her. She says something to the effect of, "I can't dance with you! You're just a leg!"

Later on in the show, she is knocked unconscious. The leg was dragging a chain saw over to her. At the end, she is still alive and talking to her psychiatrist.

Can anyone tell me if this me if this episode was from this show, Tales from the crypt, Tales From the Darkside, or Twilight Zone

That's "Taps"...a season one episode (#17) of "Monsters".

Thanks! I've been wondering about that for a long time.

Several years ago, when I was trading videos, I got only two episodes of the series, The Farmer's Daughter w/ "Soupy" Sales and The Jar. I never knew that the episode was on it.

Did you find it? The whole series of monsters was released on DVD.

I haven't been able to find the dvds yet, but I order things on ioffer from a guy named PeteNice5000. Maybe he'll have it.
