I need help finding this episode

Im not sure if this episode was on Alfred Hitchcock presents or if it was on another show similar to this show but All I remember was everything this guy looks in the mirror its an evil creature or evil man of some sort that haunts him and towards the end of the episode the man somehow turned into this evil figure and he ends up jumping out a window and killing himself...this episode scared the living crap out of me as a kid, i was literally afraid to look in a mirror lol..Does anyone know the name of this episode? And like I said before im not 100% sure if it was on Alfred Hitchcock presents but it was on one of those shows that came on during the 80's, maybe twilight zone etc...thanks for those that take the time to answer my question.
