Shampoo salesman/werewolf sketch

I have been looking everywhere for this sketch to no avail. All I remember is the guy making a deal to sell shampoo for 1.99 and he slowly becomes a werewolf while driving. There was a song can't remember it very well but something about selling shampoo for 1.99 I'm motorway maniac I'm a stickshift dick I said you son a bitch get out there and drive. I tried a few places on-line with no luck. I hope Smith and Jones release a dvd in the future they were hilarious.
