Does anyone know which episode in which they were german officers, and how can I get hold of it?

If you're referring to the sketch in which they were all these different types of Nazi generals, I believe it was episode 6 from the 6th season.(Although I'm not a 100% sure on this.) As to where you can get it, I'm afraid I can't help you there.
