Availability NTSC VHS or Region 1 DVD or to stream?

Does anyone know if this has ever been available in either of these formats? I haven't found it on Amazon or eBay. Any guidance is appreciated.

I'm still on the hunt for this one--even have a multi-region DVD player now! Help...anyone? Please! :)
