There are some things in this film that is not up to Navy Regs!

I do not want to ruin the fun for anyone but there were some things that I caught in the movie that is not up to military standards. A lot of the male actors who were sailors did not look like they were fresh out of boot camp to be honest with you because their hair would be a lot shorter than what it was in the movie.

Plus, in the Navy you are not allowed to be wearing your cover inside a building unless you are doing watch or certain reasons that are exceptions to the rules. Them actors wearing their covers in a building was not cool at all.

Then when I saw the sailor who was wearing some medals on his uniforms even though they were not awarded to him he could get into some major trouble for that. There are exceptions to the rules to that. Now if he was in the Navy during a war or major conflict and they were awarded to him then it is understandable for him to be wearing them. Any sailor would know a fresh recruit wearing to medals on their chest and he is only a Seaman Apprentice with two hash marks would know he did not get awarded those medals at all.

Those are the few gripes that I had about the movie but I loved it and had a great time watching it though!
