one of the best anime movies ever made! ever since I first saw it back in 1996 on sci-fi channel it captivated me! :D just awesome!!! one of my first introductions to anime, XD

Yeah , this is by far one of the greatest anime movies EVER ( and yes , the first time I saw it was on Sci Fi`s SATURDAY ANIME also) Man...it`s just too underrated .

great movie it was one of the first anime movies i saw when i was about 10 on sci fi saturdays i remember watching this after another one titles express somthing or other which was also very good.

This movie was what got me into anime. I enjoyed it so much that it drove me to find and watch all the anime episodes, ovas, and movies. Heck, I even went as far as to find the manga and read through that. It kinda saddens me knowing that this series is over. I know its 20+ years old, but I honestly can't let it go. Am I insane or something? :D

I caught it in the middle of the night as well on the SciFi channel. (I wish they would still run anime.) I was so captivated by it, that afterwards I checked the TV Listings every week to see if it would be played again. Of course, it did not run again.

Finally, I found it at a video store and have cherished it since. Awesome movie.

Woooord, this movies the sh!!!t! I found out about it cause it was on vhs at Savers, and it looked interesting, so i bought it and i was so happy i did! Its basically my favorite film, but also my favorite series
