Appropriate For Family/Children?

Would this Dudley Moore comedy be appropriate for an outdoor family film showing or does it contain nudity unsuitable for children? It is rated PG but I don't want to end up showing a print of "10" to family/children. I have never seen this and heard it is very good. But is it appropriate?

There is no T&A and, yes, the Tschaikovsky violin concerto is definitely a good thing for kids to hear.

Watch the film again you see Nastassja's breasts when shes in the shower and when she laying on top of Mr Moore.
