Were these clips from?

The guy wearing a rodeo shirt who grabs a woman and beats her with a stool. He also stabs a woman then the cops chase him. One cop pins him with his car then shoots him in the head.

I gotta read "My Pet Goat". Apparently, you just can't put it down.
