How did Matt last through being thrown around for so long?

Until Terminator's strength was too much and being thrown through a door.

I don’t know, but he definitely doesn’t get enough credit. He actually got a good tackle in on the Terminator...and drove him backward off balance a couple feet!

Matt appearing to tackle the T-800 might've been a plot hole, but then again, so would the T-800 getting blown backwards from a shotgun. The only real explanation is that we don't know how much the cyborgs are supposed to weigh.

It's not clear if Matt was a swinger, despite him using the same "rip the buttons off"-speech with multiple women.
