Production photos (i.e. a shot of her singing while Kurt Russell plays a trombone if I remember correctly) show that the scene she was in was at one time more extensive than what ended up in final cut of the movie.

The way the movie is now, she's barely in it - blink and you miss her. She's also very difficult to recognize. I haven't seen it in a while, I don't remember the exact scene.

She's in it and she steals the movie! Haha--the part where they go to the dance--she's the band singer.

I take it she was the singer with orange dress at around 44 minutes. Impossible to recognize if you don't know what you're looking for.
