shareFilm critic Roger Ebert said her role in this movie should have made "Where's the Beef's" Clara Peller make a run for her money. She was nothing short of outstanding in this movie and was almost 90 years old when she made it. I would have loved living with that old lady keeping me entertained!
shareWatched this movie tonight and, yeah, she's a hoot. Telling Eddie to jump in the lake, kicking Willie & Eddie's ass at cards every time even though they're card hustlers themselves, cussing them out in Hungarian before FINALLY switching to English just to call Willie a son of a bitch. I agree, she should've gotten her own Jarmusch movie.
