Wow.....lol.

Even when the "good guy" is a child killer, those in Hollywood must stick to the formula and make sure the star wins in the end. There will never be a better opportunity to break the mold and let the "hero" lose. Considering what he had done. Accidental, or not, but I guess killing innocent children is a.o.k. if it was just an accidental part of a larger crime. Particularly if one of those resposible is the anti-hero of the movie and must survive. So says the great formula!

OBEY THE FORMULA!

That said, very average flick. 5/10

Not familiar with the Parker series, are you.

Well, in my opinion, the only good guy is me, and everyone else who suffered through, for having actually watched the entire movie.

Slayground is one of those movies that I know is bad ten minutes into but I keep watching, thinking that maybe it will get better. I should trust my instincts more often as these types of movies rarely improve. The 80's music was fun, anyway!

Even though it's a couple of years late, the so called "child killer" OP was NOT a child killer. Besides being a thief among other things he wasn't that bad of a guy. Do you know the definition of an "accident?" It was an accident that killed the little girl, and the guy you're talking about didn't even do the driving. Him and his friend both told the dumb ass kid who was driving the car to SLOW DOWN before he killed someone and wouldn't you know it? That's exactly what happened. Even when the accident happened he had the punk kid stop the car so he can get out and check on the people in the other car. Those are not the actions of a child killer, it makes me wonder what movie you were watching.

I agree with you. Stone is clearly not the bad guy. He was a pretty nice thief, actually.
