I saw this in 1984 as a 5 year old and it really scared me!

haha sounds funny now, but I guess I was just too young. I didn't understand why these "kids" were so big, and why they were being experimented on. I actually couldn't sleep at night... as years passed I had wondered what the movie was, and asked around on message boards and found out that it was this. So I watched it for the first time in 30 years. I did not realize that Jerry Lewis was one of the kids (hey i have a good excuse I was a kid, and it was a long time ago). Anyways, the movie is as bad as everyone says, but for whatever reason this movie really scared me, and not just because of the bad acting. So anyways thats my story.
