When oh When

When oh when is this little gem of a movie going to be available on DVD? I swear I wish I knew the criteria the studios use to bring out DVDs. Some really good movies are still not available while a lot of trash is brought out each week. Is there somewhere you can make you opinions known or vote for a particular movie?
