Partisan Rock

Everytime, one of The Wolverines wrote a name of someone whom had died on the rock face, it always tugged on my heartstrings.

...In the early days of World War III, guerrillas - mostly children - placed the names of their lost upon this rock. They fought here alone and gave up their lives, so that this nation shall not perish from the earth.

Does anyone know if Partisan Rock still exists today? I tried to look it up but could not get an answer. It would be cool to go and visit if someone was keeping it up. I know parts of the movie set are still up in Las Vegas, New Mexico, but don't know about the rock.
