Great film score!

Anyone else love the score for this film? I watched it yesterday for about the second time and love the classic 80's electronic score! My favorite piece of music in it is during the 'dream sequence' where the husband is wandering around in the outback. The surreal music, coupled with the bizarre and colorful imagery, is just great.

I would love it if some of these recent 'homages' to 80's horror would have a completely or even partially electronic score. Those, along with the colorful and creative box art and poster art, are the elements of 80's horror that I really miss the most in modern horror cinema.

Yeah, I'd say the score was one of this film's greatest strengths.

I've been after the score for years, can't find it anywhere :(

The score is by Iva Davies, who fronted the Australian band ICEHOUSE.
Their big single was GREAT SOUTHERN LAND.
I have the soundtrack on LP. and converted it to CD.

best score ever, love those synths in dream sequence and also at the end just before credits.

Yes! Great score.

Anyone know where to find it?

I've seen it on eBay occasionally (only on vinyl though)

The score is about as surreal as the cinematography.

That's a good thing, yes.

This was one thing that fell in Razorback's favor, along with the fine cinematography -

Razorback's score is finally out on CD and iTunes (but only Australia at the time of this posting) - iTunes international should follow soon...
CD is paired with Icehouse's Boxes and can be ordered internationally here:
