This is definitely a b movie, and it drags in the middle. The special effects are dated but charming.
The ending scene is especially haunting, and I think it has been repeated before in other films and programs.
Nancy Allen and Michael Pare are a good on screen couple.
It's not a great film, but good to watch when nothing else is on.

Saw it years ago and hated it.....basically because I was looking for the type of sci-fi stuff we see today. Watching it again on Netflix and I think it is really a decent movie. Good acting and nice special effects. Storyline totally made up but based on the premise of the book. Enjoyed it and I'm not a time travel affectionado. Recommend it for sure.
