Male Nudity in Director's Cut?

Ok I'm not sure about this but I've been told that in the UK DVD release of this film even though it is labelled as uncut, a breif part was cut out where Brent Huff's (Willard's) genitals, penis whatever could breifly be seen when he gets his g-string ripped off. A source told me that in the region 1 (USA/Canada) DVD release it is still there. So my question is: In the R1 (USA/Canada) DVD release called the Unrated Director's Cut which was released be Severin, as that part where we briefly get a glimps of manhood still intact? I am referring to the Unrated Director's Cut, not the US theatrical version which we also have on DVD he in north America which was also released by several too. Please somebody let me know. Thanks.
