Barbarella was dubbed, in parts, too and sounds much better than this. Kitaen has never been good. Can't speak for Huff. I can only imagine how much better this could have been under Roger Vadim. I tried watching Jaekin's Story of O once, and was bored pretty much from the get go. It was no Belle Du Jour. Guido Crepax's comic version was a vastly better adaptation, and Baba Yaga (aka Kiss me, Kill Me), adapted from his Valentina strips, is vastly superior to Jaekin's O and Gwendoline.
