"A rather tiresome musical"

When Mrs. Moore and Adela first arrive in Chandrapore they go to the club to see a play. Mrs. Moore walks out and goes to a Mosque where she meets Dr. Aziz for the first time. She refers to the play as "a rather tiresome musical" that she had seen in London.

They show a short scene in which the ingenue is singing a song called "She's fallen in love". Is it from a real show? It is a very formulaic song and I was reminded of it while watching "The Boyfriend".
