shareactually there are new rules. you cannot take nude baby pics anymore, that rule applied before digital cameras as well. cops were called.
shareParents can take nude pics of their own infants as long as it's just for family photos and not used for illicit purposes. No one is going to arrest a parent who has a nude photo in their family photo album of little Johnnie in the bathtub when he's three months old. I suppose you also will claim that it's illegal for parents to change a diaper.
shareYeah, I'm a prosecutor and if I got a case where some cop tried to charge a family with child porn for showing a naked baby pic to their cousin or neighbor, I wouldnt be able to dismiss it fast enough.
