Pajamas?????

Just a question, if nancy is going after Fred Kruger, why change into ur pjs first????
Errrrrrrrr why not stay in ur jeans, trainers etc so ur better prepared for running, kicking etc instead of being barefoot etc & in thin clothes

if freddy saw her in daytime clothes he would have known something was fishy

You could also argue that seeing her in her PJs was suspicious.

She's been trying to avoid sleeping for days. So it's more likely that she'd fall asleep in her clothes, then put on comfortable night gear in order to get a good night's rest.

true

nobody falls asleep in their jeans, trainers etc.
Freddy had to be convinced she was zzzzzzzzz

I'm pretty sure people have slept with their jeans on before. Are you telling me anytime you took a nap in the past you always put PJs on? Yeah right.

reply

yes, but my post had to do with convincing Freddy she was asleep.
not about what i sleep in, you pervert.

loll

reply

Oh. I wasn't asking what you slept in. I was more asserting that people don't always sleep in pajamas. Also if she's in his dream world she is asleep. So what she's wearing doesn't matter to Freddy as long as she's asleep and in his dream world. Then again Freddy tricked her into thinking she was awake when she was asleep in the end.

Freddy had to be convinced she was zzzzzzzzz

But she would be sleeping. She was never going to fake-sleep. Freddy can't get to her unless she's sleeping anyway, so if Freddy can see her, she's sleeping. She could be wearing a hazmat suit for all he'd care.

If you fall asleep on the couch (or whatever) and are still dressed, you'll be quite easy to wake up. Nightmare would probably either suspect a trap, or think there's not much point in going after someone who could wake up.
