TCM 9/24/16/
Never scene this before. Love Anthologies .
shareI'm watching it too. The first segment has a lot more nudity and sadism than I was expecting. It's always briefly disconcerting when I see nudity on TCM. I have a feeling this won't be up to the standard of Amicus anthologies.
shareThe Tanzanian 'beetle' is pretty cool - right out of a Toho flick!
shareThis is why I love bad movies
"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
Still fun to watch.
shareYeah I'm watching it now on TCM Underground I'm like man I swear I've seen this movie before, can't remember if it was on TCM or online somewhere it'd be alright without the cheesy dance segments an the claymation, seems more like a 1970s movie to me like something from Night Gallery, the time the cop in the last segment gave from 1944 til then didn't add up the 80s either?

Yeah it might have been but it seemed more recent than that like maybe on Fox Movie Channel, yeah I stayed up to watch the Lee/Cushing movie an the Tuperware documentary
Channel Six News, they'll finger anything with a pulse!
The first segment was the best. It was as incoherent as the rest but I enjoyed the sleaziness. I do wonder how the hypnotized(?) guy managed to drug and kidnap the woman at church. In fact all the kidnappings were vague to say the least.
Is it just me or was that "band" and song painfully awful?
This is why I love TCM underground. I lived through the 70s and 80s and they show a lot of films I've never heard of, including this gem. Lots of topless women. Beheading. Electrocution. Wrecking ball death. Claymation. Really bad 80s dancing and singing. Model train inferno. Breakdancing. Terrible acting. This movie was a lot of fun.
shareI hate this movie because it's a sad cash grab attempt. I wasn't alive back when this film came out so I honestly don't know if they were trying to fool people into thinking they were buying tickets to see something new.
But this movie did make me interested in seeing the three films as they were meant to be seen.
