Wings' attire

I watched this recently and there are some amusing changes of costume, however this is somewhat justified since he does come in to town with a back pack. It might not be much of a justification, but at least it is one.

The better costume changes are for the main love interest. Her costumes are rather intricate and her hair is almost always lovely. Not as lovely as Wings', but still lovely.

I didn't even notice, but then again I usually don't pay much attention to what people are wearing unless it really stands out.
