Actress that plays Teodora

IMDB lists this actress as Simone Blue. However, the actress Julie Warner looks amazingly similar to this actress. In fact, there voices sound the same. Could Simone Blue & Julie Warner be one in the same?
Does anyone know. I have asked on Julie Warner's board with no response.
