This was my favourite movie as a child!

Wow, I'm so honoured to be making the first post on 'Nadia' :P

My parents taped this off tv for me in late 80's/early 90's and I have seen it over 100 times. But they missed the first 5 minutes, so it's so funny to think of how many times i have watched this, yet never seen the very beginning :P

Then about 3 years ago it turned up on tv again but *sigh* for the second time in my life I missed the beginning.

Anyway, I searched ebay, only to learn that it is VERY RARE to buy and hence VERY EXPENSIVE!

My dream is to one day see the first minutes of it :P

This was my favorite movie too as a child..
I'm trying to buy it, but to my knowledge it doesn't exist on dvd/video.
(We didn't taped it at all.. :)

Mine too! My mom recorded it off of TV back when it came out, and I wore that tape out...I had the whole thing memorized, including the commercials in between lol. It inspired me to get into gymanstics myself for many years, which was a very rewarding experience. I never got sick of watching it :)

Hi,

I know this is months later but I've been searching everywhere for a copy of Nadia, I saw it when I was a kid but could never find a copy. Now I have my own daughter who is a level 7 gymnastis and would love to see it. I'm sure it gone but do you still have a copy.

i got the chance to tape it once.. and its the only copy i have... i loved this movie when i was little..

Yeah, we were dumb enough to tape over it... and the add's from the late 80's were just as fun as the movie lol... but I've ordered one of these DVD's on ebay ripped from VHS so it'll be nice to see it again.

This was a childhood favorite of mine, too, and we also missed the first 10 minutes of taping it, too. I just rented it on netflix and finally saw those lost minutes. :)
