John Landis!

I remember I saw some of this movie on TV a couple years ago, and John Landis made a cameo. I thought that was so cool! I don't know if he had any lines though, I just saw one scene with him. Landis is a great film maker. He directed alot of timeless comedies like The Blues Brothers, Trading Places, Spies Like Us, and Coming To America.

Landis was friends with Henson and Oz. Bernie Brillstein, who died in 2008, was their manager. Also, notice that Frank has made cameos in several of Landis' films. He was in Trading Places, Spies Like Us, and Blues Brothers. Henson appeared in Into the Night. I think Landis does say something to his secretary over the phone about Kermit coming in and then Kermit comes in to pitch the script like a used car salesman.

"A frog...with an afro?"

I noticed Frank Oz in The Blues Brothers. Love Mr. Landis' cameo in this film, and Kermit with his afro! Ha ha.

One other thing: Landis apparently was one of the puppeteers in the Muppet Movie finale.
