Hi,
I remember seeing this production in 1984 and would very much like to find a copy of it. Has any one seen one around? I really loved the interplay between Cherie Lunghi and Robert Linsay. I don't understand why it hasn't been aired again.

Mike, this has now been released on DVD.

I understand that The DVD is being sold as part of a boxed set. However, i bought my copy off a seller on ebay who had seperated the films. I know what you mean about not understanding why the BBC, in their infinite wisdom, didn't show it again. i've waited years to see it again too & it's just as good as i remembered!!

Me either! Does anyone know if they even sell the Region 1 DVD, either in the set or separate? I know my library has it, but I can't find it for sale anywhere.

The entire series is now available from Netflix. Ditto Tim Curry's Will Shakespeare and the extraordinary how-to series Playing Shakespeare.
