Only 6 stars?? Come on, this is a good movie

The acting, direction, and photography combine to make this a moody beautiful film. The characters are well-delineated, and the acting is subtle. I think of this movie as a cross between an art film and a series of psychological studies. I understand why many would think this a "dark" film, but it's compelling and beautifully done. And this is from someone who generally isn't crazy about art films.
