Newbie to this entire world, so I need some help. I would like to watch these correctly, the movies and the series - but I am not certain of the correct order. I am also not sure what is all included with the sets - so I am asking for help. Feel free to cut and paste to a prior post if I am missing this, but I just need to know what order to go in.

Wiki tells me one thing, but ... well ... you know wiki. 50% of the time.

What I am looking for is the correct way to watch this series - as well as the movies.

OOP, laserdisc, Beta - any format let me know - I just want to make sure I am experiencing this correctly.

A prequal that takes place before the original TV series.

Great list However, I don’t think “docu-drama” is the right classification for DYRL as it details fictional events. I’d say DYRL is a condensed and stylized retelling of the events of the tv series.
