I know it has been two years since your initial post, but in case you may not know by now, in 2014, you are in luck. The Criterion Collection recently released Love Streams on dual-format (Blu-Ray/DVD) and solely on DVD. You may also be able to find it on Hulu, given Criterion puts a lot of their titles on Hulu.
