Incorrect title listed on IMDB

For years this film was listed under it's correct title here on the db: De Lift. It upsets me that uninformed people can simply change the title of the film. It is either De Lift or The Lift. Even in English speaking Europe elevators are called lifts. Lift is a word not used often in America but it is still correct and "elevator" is not a translation of "lift"; they are simply two different words used to describe a mechanical device. Even when issued on home video in the US by Media in the mid'80's it was called The Lift. This must seem like nitpicking but this is one of my favorite '80's films and I hate to see anyone be misinformed about the title.

"I've seen things in this city that make Dante's Inferno read like Winnie The Pooh."
