Discrimination

Why does this movie discriminate against 'bad video game players'? Why only accept the best players?

That's not very inclusive! Why doesn't anyone call racism or sexism or something? If women HAVE to be hired regardless of their skill/talent/motivation/ability/education/training (I think this is mandatory by acts/statutes in some places now), then why can these 'starfighter' people (who do not actually fight the stars, so it's a lie-based title anyway!) discriminate and pick and choose?

I just thought SOMEONE in the modern times had to say it, might as well be me.
