So far I've seen a few tapes and DVD's of this, but only the Vestron video has the brief scene of Massimo Vanni doing a bunch of pushups, then the introductory shot of John Steiner (as Major Cash) looking through some binoculars and saying "I cannot see America!".
Are there any DVD releases to include this scene? Why is it so often cut? Bad splicing or print damage I imagine?
The Scandinavia DVD release from Another World Entertainment (English Audio) should have this scene as I recall, although I cannot remember the exact words he says when they first meet.

That scene is intact on the Region 1 DVD release from Dark Sky Films.
