Just bought this. I collect all films 'Gialli' and from the looks of the box, the black gloved killer, the psychic and the naked handcuffed murdering of beautiful women, as well as the last names in the credits, it screamed "Giallo!" but some on this page said it is not.... We shall see...

I would say that this was an American thriller that was trying to be like a giallo, certainly it was inspired by the genre. I like some the real giallo flicks far better than this one (e.g. the ones by Argento).
However, It's not a bad little movie and you may get some enjoyment out of it.
I agree on all counts. This doesn't seem creepy or gory enough to be giallo (as I understand the genre), but it's a worthwhile film nonetheless. In many ways, it seems inspired by "The Eyes of Laura Mars," which feels very giallo and is a better movie than this.

For reasons I can't really explain, "Eyes of Laura Mars" is an almost perfect film in my book, so of course this film pales by comparison. But I think I liked it more than you did.
