Please make this available on DVD !!!!

I have seen this made for TV movie, (I think twice), and I loved it! Susan Lucci is awesome as the mysterious and alluring Jessica. Robert Urich puts in a great performance as the Dad who begins to lose his family to a Country Club/Spa. I suddenly rememberred to look this up on IMDB, and was amazed to find out it was directed by none other than Wes Craven. I even remember Soleil Moon Frye (right around her Punky Brewster days) as the cute daughter. I've seen a lot of bad Sci-Fi movies, but this one isn't as bad as you'd think for a made-for-TV movie. I think it was pretty damned good. Since they're putting all kinds of crap on DVD anyway, why not release this? I'd be happy to add this to my Wes Craven collection.

I saw this movie on tv when i was 7 or 8 (that would be 20 years ago) and would at random times remember blurry parts of it. Happened again today and decided to look it up with pretty much only "country club" and "people acting strange" as things I could remember. Glad I managed to find my way through and that it's available on dvd though that will probably suppress that mystical feeling I have about this movie forever.

I've seen this movie when i was 9, and was shown on a local channel repeatedly and i would watch it again and again. The only thing i remembered was the astronaut suit, i tried to look it up here in imdb and was surprised that it was listed. This is one of the first sci-fi movies i've seen on TV when i was a kid and loved it. I felt the same amazement when i saw that this was directed by Wes Craven. Now, i want to own a copy... Thanks imdb.

Firstly, sorry to comment on the world's oldest thread ....

I just got it from Netflix, actually. I was getting nostalgic for the afternoons my Gramma would babysit me (she died ten years ago), and all the wonderful/terrible made for TV movies we'd watch together. It took me quite a bit of research to figure out which movie this was - all I really remembered was a space suit, Punky Brewster, and Susan Lucci in some sort of red and gold kimono.

Anyways, I was no longer frightened by anything other than Susan Lucci's hair, but my brother and I had a great time watching this. I love you, Gramma:(

And I just gotta say - run, Robert Urich! Or you'll never make it back to the Love Boat before it leaves the dock ... forever!
