Exactly that !

I also was about 7 years old when my parents bought their first VCR and we got a hole bunch of movies rented from a friend. It´s one of those movies i will never forget, hilarious jokes and the non-seriousness of the show in a whole make it stand on it´s own. A true classic!

Yes, the campiness was great. It's like the movie is a parody of itself.

I tried rewatching it as an adultand sadly, i could not enjoy it very much. Funny how our perspectives change as we age.
