Answering your opinions, in order.
This movie was totally a ripoff of such sword and sorcery shows as "Conan the Barbarian."
Yes, it was, but to be truthful, about two thirds of every film that came after it used Conan's plot structure as a basis for their storyline.
The plot was a partial ripoff.
See above.
The music was an extreme ripoff (probably of "Red Sonja," in this case).
Ennio Morricone was the composer of the scores for both films, and as I said in a post in a thread on the Red Sonja board that the two scores sound so like each other, it was scary.
The "acting" was a ripoff.
You don't expect a Shakespearian level of acting in these kinds of film. It's not that hard to act in a film where all you are required to do is to beat people up with a sword.
If you have a problem with the acting in Hundra, I invite you to watch Pia Zadora in "Butterfly" and ask yourself if her recieving the Golden Globe for her role wasn't rigged.
The action was a ripoff.
I saw nothing wrong with the action, except with the E X T R E M E S L O - M O
that is in almost every action scene that Hundra fought in, but not in the Zack Snyder "This is so AWESOME!!" sense, but in the Peckinpah "Someone is going to DIE!!!" sense.
Even the costuming was a ripoff.
The costuming was on par with other films in the Sword and Sorcery genre, so no objections there.
Only the reduced amount of bare-chestedness was not a ripoff, but that amounts to yet another demerit against this flick.
Laurene Landon nude = WIN!!!!
All other nudity is a bonus, but since, in my opinion, the only purpose to truly see Hundra is to see Laurene Landon nude, so therefore, it isn't a demerit at all.
And are you kidding me? A tribe of male raiders wipes out a tribe of lesbians (some of whom are hot chicks) rather than raping them and making slaves out of them? Are you SERIOUS? Really?
If Hundra's tribe wasn't an Amazon tribe that had forsaken the company of man except for the purpose of procreation to extend the numbers of their tribe, then sure, the raping and the slavery would be appropriate for the purpose of the raiders, but the tribe, due to the members being able to brandish and use weapons, presented themselves as a danger to the raiders, and, of course, the raiders acted properly.
How did I find out I didn't pass my piss test?
When they said "Urine big trouble".
