Yeah, it's sick. But they are so natural with each other it almost seems normal or at least right for both of them.

I am mostly done reading the book and it bothers the hell out of me. Part of why I am so bothered is I like the 2 characters one of them is the main character (John) and as bothered as I am there is a part of me that does NOT think it is such a bad thing and that really bothers me, I am not as disgusted as I would like to be.

It makes me wonder how common incest is in the world, almost all people who engage in it would keep it secret.

It just never made any sense at all. The whole way it was handled. It was like Woody Allen directed Flowers in the Attic. But then this entire movie made no sense. It was like someone pulled random scenes out of a hat and random emotions out of a hat and they had to play them.
