Hard time trying to find this on video anywhere

I live in Eugene, Oregon and i cannot find this anywhere. I have been to thrift stores and antique stores on the Oregon Coast and no one has this movie. I have been to online retailers that sell movies like Borders and Barnes & Noble and they don't have this in stock

amazon or ebay would have it, i bought mine off amazon, however, it is only on vhs

I bought mine on VHS for a buck from a friend who bought it at a thrift store. It's a curious little film with some surprising big names in the cast, but it feels a bit repetitive, even though I love dog movies.
