When are they allowed to start eating again?

If you eat at 2pm, you are still eating after midnight. That's 14 hours after the previous midnight.

It should've said, don't feed them between 12 and say 8am. Or don't feed them after dark. Or something like that.

A minor niggle, I know. But it always annoyed me that.
