does anyone know where i can get this movie on DVD?

You can't...more's the pity. I'm going to have to fix myself up with some VHS to DVD PC gadgetry.

As of this writing (October 2008) I just received a copy I bought on eBay from the United Kingdom. It's on DVD and region free (Region 0) and will play anywhere in the world. Check eBay.
