Random British Accent

Did anyone else raise an eyebrow and notice when one of the twins (I think it was Terri) knocked on the door to get her sister away from the dead fVck and she got a British accent all of a sudden? Throughout the movie, Tina and Terri had somewhat of a Mid-Atlantic accent (VA/MD to Western NY) mixed with a bit of "country Texas Twang". Meaning, they were highly inconsistent throughout the film, but at least they had somewhat of an Americanized accent.

Picture this: Terri knocks on the door and she's like "Tina...it's time to gooooo." And in a flash, the twins are British all of a sudden, in a film where they weren't British before. I don't know, we never really could tell, but all of a sudden Tina on the other end of the door is like "You goooo!" Terri is quite taken aback, as she is confused by her sister's sudden change of heart: "I caaan't leave without yoooou!"

Okay, so I got way too caught up with this. I just wanted to know if anyone else noticed the sudden shift in the accent with the twins. It was quite eerie to watch, as if this was watching the actors break character and really attempt to leave the set.
