What always bothered me About this movie is Doug is looking for his sister Sandra. I mean you would think Doug sister is missing for months not days lol.

Even the documentary said they made a mistake With this. Because part 2,3 and 4 were A couple days apart.

Omg, you're right, lol! It does feel as if Rob had been searching for her for several months, if not years, and not just a few days, seeing that this film is set within just 2 or 3 days from the storyline of "Part 2".

2 - 1979 for the pre-credits scene where Alice is killed, 1984 thereafter
3 - Immediately follows the events of part 2. It shows Jason removing the machete from his shoulder and stealing new clothes from the store owners and then killing them. The next day the new group of kids drive by in their van as the paramedics are removing the bodies from the store.
4. Immediately follows the events of part 3.
Between the end of part 2 (the night Rob's sister Sandra was killed) and the end of part 4, about 2 days pass.

He's not looking for his sister, he's hunting down Jason for revenge, he knows his sister is dead, and he came cause he heard about Jason disappearing from the morgue. He's there looking for Jason not his sister. Plus his name is Rob not Doug.
Rob clearly explains this to Trish in the movie, telling her "My sister Sandra was a really great kid" and she says "But the man who killed your sister is dead" and Rob says "No he's alive". Did everyone here miss that bit of dialogue? lol.
I mean why would he be looking for his sister? They found all the bodies from part 2, Sandra's body was upstairs with her boyfriends, they obviously found her.

shareSo the girl that Jason impales through the guy she's having sex in with in part 2 is that guy's sister? They never show where Jason hid her body in the movie. Her lover was shown nailed to the door of the room they were in. Poor guy will never be able to have a proper funeral for his sister. Though just imagine how Alice's parents must have felt when the police found her decaying body in Jason's shack.
