So is it animated like the remake?

The original is not animated but it is also in Black and White. It's up on youtube, it's a short film, unlike the remake.

Ummm, in a way. I'd say yes, but it's also more then that because it is taking the concept and expanding it. It keeps the original idea of a Frankenstein spoof about a dog, so in a sense is a remake, but is quite a different film. I really enjoyed both. :)
