HBO in the 80's

Anyone else see this on HBO in the 80's? I loved it back then. Still good.

I saw this in the theaters, when it came out.
It's still a favorite of mine.

I too saw this in the theatre when it first came out. A very good conspiracy thriller; well written and well acted. The ending gives the viewer a total sense of alienation. Such a shame it's been forgotten over time.

Yes! I saw this on HBO in the 80's. I loved HBO back then. HBO also introduced me to the first Die Hard, the first Lethal Weapon and the first Terminator. Ferris Bueller's Day Off too, come to think of it. HBO was great back then. It was also free if you had a buddy in the cable company with an extra "filter"... not that I would ever steal HBO, but the son of my cousin's uncle told me about it.

HBO ruled in the 80's, loved the late night "naked women" stuff. I never had it, always went to a buddy's house who got it "free" I think. Flashpoint (1984) always stuck with me.

Saw this in the theater when it came out. I had no idea what it was about just looking to see a movie. It was a very nice surprise and I remember it well. I am thinking this came out before The Terminator?

reply

I actually saw this when it first came out and at the drive-in.

Loved it then. Still love it now.
