Weird coincidence that both actresses played First Ladies later on in their careers.

Jean Smart played Martha Logan in the TV series 24, season 5 I think. Tess Harper played the First Lady in movie The Jackal, she was the target of the assassin played by Bruce Willis.

Jean Smart got into good shape later in life and became a hot tie imo. Bad hair, bad clothes, and stupid dialogue kept her from being attractive in this imo.

Just watched this movie. Jean Smart looked familiar. She was in the show 24 as Martha Logan during season five.
