Who's Peter (little boy)?

Just saw the movie - fantastic! What I want to know though, who plays Peter? He's the little boy wandering through every scene, yet has no line. Hysterical! Anyone know? He's not credited on imdb.com

He also plays the infamous Peter, Rudy's friend in The Cosby Show.

Probably the best annoying little kid ever to show up on film.I mean he played that annoying little kid character perfect.He drove everyone crazy.Love that scene in when he's playing with his car right in front of Phil Brody while he's looking through his cards during the final card game.

He was fat. I hope he has lost weight as an adult; statistically, the obese are prone to heart disease, diabetes, and kidney failure.

My favorite moment with that kid has gotta be his scene with Brody. I also like how utterly confused Jeffrey (and pretty much everyone else) was by his character. Really amusing.
